Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your buying, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your product should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It requirement also be in the original packaging. To complete your return we need a receiving or proof of buying.

Any Product not in its original condition is scratched or missing parts for reasons not due to our mistake.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an electronic mail to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Only regular price products may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only change items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

By Mistake or Misunderstanding

If you receive spoiled or wrong product which you didn’t order so we will allow the shipping cost and we will change it for you.

You will be answerable for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be taken from your refund.
